What is your minimum charge?
Our minimum charge is $1,000 CAD plus GST for any concrete lifting and leveling, void filling and stabilization, or underslab insulating project.
What does the minimum project charge include?
The minimum charge includes travel, materials, employee wages, and equipment maintenance and repairs.
What if the minimum charge is outside my budget?
If the minimum charge does not fit your budget, we ask that you reconsider submitting an estimate request, or contact us to discuss your situation.
Will you consider special circumstances or financial hardship?
Yes. We understand that every situation is unique, and our family will do our best to find a compassionate solution when special circumstances arise.
Do you charge extra for projects outside Winnipeg?
Yes. Additional travel surcharges may apply for locations outside the City of Winnipeg limits.
Do travel surcharges apply to warranty work or re-pumps?
Yes. Clients outside Winnipeg are subject to the same travel charge for any warranty work or re-pumps.
